WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Costumes ship within 24 hours. All other orders ship within 24-48 hours. If your order consists of more
than one item, your order will ship within 48 hours. You may receive separate packages depending
on the products due to different warehouse locations. However, you will ONLY be charged once for
shipping.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Shoes - ground shipping option ships within 2-3 business days.
Next day, 2nd day, 3rd day options ship within 24 hours.

- Costumes ship within 24 hours.
- Shoes, Leather Lingerie, some Clubwear and Dancewear ship within 48 hours.
- Lingerie and other intimate apparel ship within 3-5 business days.
- If order consists of mixed products, order will ship within 3-7 business day.
INTERNATIONAL ORDER REFUND/EXCHANGE
