A sexy black mini dress features a flare skirt trimmed in white, waistband with large red button accents and large red bow in the back, zipper front, and long sleeves with white trim. Attached and tied in the front is a black and white striped dress collar with red star appliques and red trim. A red anchor applique features on one sleeve and also on the front of the white sailor hat. A pair of red gloves are the perfect accent and are also included.
