Your order will be shipped in a plain box, brown paper protective wraps (shoes), or plain bag. No indication of lingerie, shoes, clubwear, etc. will be noted on the box. The return address will read Sexy Wear Avenue, or SWA depending on the shipment warehouse.

Size charts are provided specifically for each brand. However, each brand’s sizing may be different as with any clothing/shoe manufacturer. Generally speaking, the sizes indicated for each product is true and estimated on average sizing.
5) MAY I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM? [Back to top]
Yes. You must contact customer service by e-mail to receive “return authorization number”. Otherwise, your return will not be accepted. All returns are subject to 15% re-stocking fee. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Items in the "CLEARANCE" section or marked on "SALE" are final sale and not eligible for exchange/refund. Items that are out of stock/discontinued after a purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.
IMPORTANT: All costume and shoe orders between October 15th and November 15th are not eligible for refund. An exchange may be made if preferred size is available and if there is enough time for item to be delivered by Halloween.
We do not accept returns on thongs, panties, g-strings, bras, and other intimate clothing due to health reasons. Any items that include a nonreturnable item previously mentioned cannot be returned, or exchanged due to health reasons.
