The avant garde stretch lycra mini dress features a flare black skirt, black waist cincher section with red and black sash lace-up front, and a white top with scoop neckline and sheer lace sleeves that drape down your arms. A large black pirate hat features feather and lace details. A black and red striped tie is also included, plus, your own sword.
